Individuals 8-25 years old who are ready to jump start and are committed to their healing journey in a safe, emphatic, and shame free environment.
Individuals under 8 years old will be considered on an individual basis. Parent consultation required. Program will be modified as needed for clients to meet their needs and ensure age appropriate support.

Included in this package is a written report of my recommendations. It is the parent(s)/client(s) responsibility to schedule future care. Once an appointment is made, I am happy to have a telephone consultation with their pediatrician or mental health provider. Please sign a Release of Information (ROI) with their provider and email a copy.
