    Session 2: Nervous System
    Anatomy and physiology of the human nervous system
    How our mind and body are connected
    How to reduce feelings of threat and respond to others in a less reactive way
    Abdominal breathing and impact on heart rate variability
    Define shame and guilt, impact on our perspective
    Session 3: Emotional Mastermind
    Understanding the purpose of emotions
    How to work through difficult emotions by learning about the lifespan
    Feelings and associated sensations in our body (Body Scan)
    How difficult emotions and stress manifest in our physical body
    Apply brain and nervous system education to reduce threat of difficult emotions
    Expand emotional vocabulary to develop communication skills
    Skills to increase self awareness and decreasing negative self talk
    Dealing with anxiety and introduction of various coping skills

    Session 4: Parts!
    Understanding parts language, how this can help us understand, grow, and nurture ourselves and others
    Identify the inner critic, introduce wise and nurturing parts
    Connecting parts language with knowledge of brain, nervous system, and emotional intelligence
    Connecting parts language with triggers in self/other

    Session 5: Nuances of Boundaries
    Define boundaries and their purpose
    Explain 3 styles of boundaries
    Review how boundaries can be applied to our physical, emotional, spiritual, and resources
    Boundaries with self and the topic of self-care and self-regulation

    Session 6: Self-Esteem, Values, Authenticity
    Identify your values
    Review nuances of self-esteem and interaction with above lessons
    Comparing Perceived and Authentic versions of self
    Impact of diet, exercise, community on overall mental health
    Continue to provide coaching and coping skills as needed

    Session 7: Parent/Child Consultation
    Useful to facilitate communication with your child
    Review goals, concerns, and plan for follow up together
    This is the time to give your child positive feedback and praise for their hard work. It is also a good time to offer a blank slate to restart any relationship conflicts

  • Individuals 8-25 years old who are ready to jump start and are committed to their healing journey in a safe, emphatic, and shame free environment.
    Individuals under 8 years old will be considered on an individual basis. Parent consultation required. Program will be modified as needed for clients to meet their needs and ensure age appropriate support.

  • Included in this package is a written report of my recommendations. It is the parent(s)/client(s) responsibility to schedule future care. Once an appointment is made, I am happy to have a telephone consultation with their pediatrician or mental health provider at no cost. Please sign a Release of Information (ROI) with their provider and email a copy.

    (must be booked within 2 weeks of parent consultation)
    *Each additional hour of consultation/coaching: $199/50 minutes
